Create Customer Obsession:
We go all in to serve our customers and each other. We listen, we advocate, and we care. When our customers win, we win.
Play Team:
We show up for each other and communicate openly. We take pride in working as one team. No silos, no egos, just people working together to do great things.
Seek to Understand:
We lead with curiosity and empathy. We ask questions, build trust, and look for ways to see things from another perspective.
Compound Growth:
We are always learning, always improving. We believe in progress over perfection and we are not afraid to try new things.
Be Scrappy:
We get creative, we prioritize what matters, and we always find a way to move forward, even when resources are limited.
